Did you receive your Hiru and you don't know how to start? Here is all the information you need.
Download necessary software
To be able to start working with Hiru and the Windows device, download two software for free:
- Easy Click - Irisbond's computer access software.
- Download Easy Click here.
- Systray - Irisbond's software for Hiru firmware's remote update.
- Download Systray here
Connect Hiru
Connect Hiru with the cables provided. Connect USB C (the small one) to the Hiru and USB A (the bigger one) to the Windows laptop or tablet.
Connect the USB A cable to the USB port that is closer to the power supply in the tablet.
When you connect the cables, wait about 10 seconds, check if the IR lights on the Hiru eye tracker got connected, then you can open Easy Click.
Make sure you have the correct equipment
Hiru is compatible with:
- Operating systems: Windows 7-10
- Screen size: 10-20"
- Minimum requirements:
- CPU 1.33GHz
- RAM 2GB
- Hard Disk 3GB + HDD
- USB 3.0
