What to do when Easy Click doesn't open?
Are you encountering a message stating that the Camera is not connected or receiving an Error message when attempting to open Easy Click? Try:
1. Ensure that Hiru is properly connected. Easy Click will only open if Hiru is connected correctly using the provided cables.
2. Wait for 10 seconds! Once Hiru is connected to the device, wait for 10 seconds to ensure that the IR lights on the camera illuminate, indicating that you are ready to open Easy Click.
3. Close any other AAC software. Make sure to shut down any other software such as Grid3, Mind Express, Verbo, etc., to prevent them from interfering with Easy Click.
4. Ensure that you plug the USB A cable into the correct port. Avoid using the port with a battery symbol and prioritize the port closest to the power supply for optimal performance.
