What to do if your IRISBOND product is not working as expected. At IRISBOND, our products come with a warranty. Consult the conditions of your contract for information about your products’ warranty.

When you need support, follow these steps:

  1. Check if the issue you have is covered in the troubleshooting guide or Knowledge Base. Common issues are searchable in the search bar. 
  2. Fill out the IRISBOND Support Form to reach out to the support team. Provide as much information as possible. 
  3. The support team will reach out to confirm if there is a remote solution to the issue, via phone, support session, or otherwise. There, they will decide how to resolve the issue. 
  4. If a repair or replacement is needed, the support team will send an RMA document  by email, and will request the shipping information for the replacement. 
  5. Irisbond support will request shipping detail confirmation, and will request for a replacement or part to be shipped to you. 
  6. Once the replacement or part has shipped to you, confirm that it is working as expected, and support will organize for the faulty device or part to be picked up.
