Can't open the Hiru App? Let's go through tips and tricks.
To begin, please follow the instructions on how to properly connect the cables: Correct connection
- Once you have plugged in all the cables, the cursor appears onscreen and the infrared lights turn on the Hiru eye tracker, you can start using the Hiru App and choose the category you want to explore.
- If the Hiru App doesn't open, please follow the instructions displayed on the Hiru App screen.
- Make sure to wait for the amount of time indicated on the time bar in the app.
- If you can't open the Hiru App, you can go to the App Switcher as shown on the screen and swipe up the Hiru App. This will ensure that the app is completely closed. Then, try opening the Hiru App again.
- If the Hiru App still doesn't open, it means that the Hiru eye tracker is not properly connected. In this case, please unplug the cable from the Hiru side as indicated in the picture.
