# How to find the serial number on the Hiru

## Have you checked our Knowledge Base articles but couldn’t find what you were looking for? If you need to contact Support, here’s how to locate your device’s serial number

 

The Hiru will have a printed label or sticker that includes the serial number marked as SN HIRU XXXXXXXX. The serial number will be located on the **bottom right** of the device.
